Circuit 1
Straight leg muscle up
+cannonball push up
+swan dive

Circuit 2
Core Raise
+Front Lever
+Back lever

Circuit 3
Core series (on medicine ball)
+Plyos (for distance)
+back to ball

Circuit 4
+Monster walk
